Flanders Ambulance was dispatched to a patient roughly 1-2 miles into the woods off of Pleasure Drive and 104. EMS arrived on scene and determined the woodland rescue team were needed. With no time to spare the woodland rescue team arrived on scene, jumping into action getting the two quads and Polaris running and equipped to head into the woods towards the patient. The patient was transported in the Polaris and brought back out towards the road to the waiting ambulance. Thanks to the woodland rescue team the patient made it out safely and swiftly.
