FRNCA is partnering with Catholic Charities, Melissa Elizabeth and Suffolk County Legislator Bridget Fleming to offer NARCAN training to the Flanders, Riverside & Northampton Communities. NARCAN counters the effects of an opioid overdose. Training is from 6-9pm on Wednesday July 26th at the Crohan Community Center. Anyone who completes training will receive a free dose of NARCAN to keep in an emergency. ... (Full Story)

Ariana Breest started volunteering at Flanders Ambulance as a junior at the age of 16, Her mother Minosh Moein Breest is not only a EMT-B for our department but she is also the President. Ariana sister Alexis is also a volunteer for FNVA. It saddens me to announce Ariana will need to take a leave of absence from Flanders Ambulance. Why?
